Q.    I haven't paid my assessment that was   due in January.  Where should I mail my payment?

A.    You should have received a letter from our attorney which gives you a new total now due (includes late fees, attorney's fees and the original dues).

Q. I can't make my entire payment right now. Can I be put on a payment plan?

A. No. Our budget is based on all the maintenance fees being paid on time.  We have bills to pay throughout the year and can not accept partial payments or payment plans. If you still have questions, please contact Mary Smith, our Treasurer.
