Need more information? Please contact the Architectural Review Committee.
If you're planning on making any changes to your home, including adding a shed, pool, fence, deck, etc. Please submit an Architectural Review Form to the Architectural Review Committee. Doing so could save you the headache (and expense) of having to change or remove your new updates.
Deed Restriction Violations
Unfortunately, we have residents who don't care about wasting money (YOUR money) by ignoring notices of violations which are then turned over to the attorney costing everyone more money in assessment fees. Between certified letters, attorneys fees, and court costs, each violation adds up quickly. If you know of someone who has decided to not follow the deed restrictions, please either talk to them yourself, or let a board member know so we can address it quickly.
Only one violation letter is being sent. Thereafter, the attorney will pursue the matter in court at your expense.
Deed Restrictions F.A.Q
Q. What type of fence is allowed in Stonefield?
A. Per the Stonefield Deed Restrictions, only two types of fencing are allowed on your property, anodized aluminum and split rail. Any sections of fencing that are not as described in the deed restrictions and found to be on your property will result in a violation letter and the matter turned over to the attorney for prosecution in court if necessary.
