From time to time homeowners feel the deed restrictions need to be changed, modified, or brought up to date to meet their wishes.  We encourage you to petition your neighbors if you don't like any of the deed restrictions! 

However, there is a specific format that you'll need to use when writing a petition.

Tips / Things to keep in mind when petitioning the neighborhood:

• Only individuals on the deed to the home count in the tally of petitions. This means renters or spouses can NOT sign the petition!

• You must use an individual petition signature page PER HOUSE!  A long list of names signed on one big sheet of paper is not valid.
